How much does shipping in Italy and abroad cost?
In Italy, the cost of shipping is € 5.00.
As for the countries outside Italy, the price of the shipping is variable, it depends on the destination and weight of the goods.
To find out the exact price of the shipment for your destination, you can add the products to the cart and proceed with the purchase, the system will automatically calculate the cost of the shipment based on the information entered.

What are the delivery times?
On average, delivery in Italy is scheduled within 3 working days.
For other countries, delivery times are 5-7 working days.

What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made through Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Klarna, Maestro, Bancontact, Ideal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. For orders from Italy it is possible to make the payment in cash on delivery by paying a supplement of € 5.00.

When I carry out an order can I receive the webtracking code?
Yes, it is a standard procedure that we adopt. As soon as the courier takes over your package, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Are taxes and customs duties included in the price?
For orders made by a territory located within the European Union, the price published online includes taxes and customs duties.
For orders made by a territory located outside the European Union, the price published online does not include the customs duties and national local taxes of the country of destination, which must be paid directly to the shipper at the time of delivery.

Can I make a return or gearbox?
Yes, we always offer the possibility of making a reimbursement or change change.
All articles must be returned in the conditions in which they have been received. The products subject to return must be worn or viewed exclusively for the time necessary to verify its size, fit and/or liking. Any other use is prohibited. In addition, the products must be preserved in their integrity and consistency, in order to be put back on sale, and must not present signs of use other than the test of the product, nor must they be damaged, washed or altered. They must be returned together with their attached cards, the original bag and/or box. All returned articles will be subjected to a verification.

How long do I have to return the goods?
You can make the return or gearbox within 14 days from receipt of the purchased product.

What are the waiting times in case of return?
In case of return, waiting times to view the crediting ranges from 7 to 10 days. In the event of a change, a new shipment will be made at the time of the change request.

Is the return shipment free?
The return of return is borne by the customer in the event of a definitive return.
As for the goods gearbox, the new shipment will be free.
NB: the expenses and organization of the return are at your expense, except for deficient goods or errors attributable to our warehouse.

How can I make the return or gearbox?
To make the return or gearbox, send an email to info@lucasgiordani.com, enter as an object "rendered" or "gearbox" followed by the identification number of the order (for example: "Order rendered n. 1021").
It is advisable, for the purpose of understanding the needs of our customers, also include the motivation for which the return or change is also required. As soon as we receive your request, you will be contacted by our operator who will follow you during the entire operation.

In case of definitive return, it is mandatory to download the PDF form, print it and fill in it, then insert it within the shipment.
